After 4 minutes of play, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Fenomeno came free, but Humberto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Miau Stars got a freekick which was hit by Egídio I. A hard shot by Simão Gaúcho from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Abdulkadir Eraslan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 12th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto de Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After some careless play in the C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. defense, Jean-Claude Van Damme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Humberto de Azevedo. The C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Humberto de Azevedo should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, Marco Arruda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miau Stars the free kick. Marco Arruda hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Humberto de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Miau Stars got a corner. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Veremundo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Miau Stars's Vidar Jespersson to fire away a dangerous shot which Humberto de Azevedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Fenomeno came free, but Humberto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto de Azevedo. C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Fenomeno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 30 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Fenomeno came free, but Humberto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidar Jespersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto de Azevedo having to make a save. Jean-Claude Van Damme might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto de Azevedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jean-Claude Van Damme ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 37th minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Humberto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Ronaldo Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th match minute, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Arantes to maneuver through the defense.

When Patrick Zanette fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s protests and gave Patrick Zanette a yellow card for diving instead. Patrick Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto de Azevedo. But to his dismay, Ronaldo Fenomeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The supporters of C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. booed when Miau Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Fenomeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jefferson Pires made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Conrado Arantes however managed to control. If Ronaldo Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Fenomeno in the 82nd minute of play forced C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Humberto de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ronaldo Fenomeno came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Miau Stars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Fenomeno couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute, Flavinho Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto de Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Charles Sena made in the 92nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yuri Bezerra. After a rather tough play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Jefferson Pires got a free kick in the 94th minute. The audience was convinced that Ronaldo Fenomeno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto de Azevedo was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the match was over Miau Stars could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. throughout the match.
