The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to LauerArmy getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Christiano Fontes hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, Geovanni Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amauri Romero in the 11th minute of play forced LauerArmy's goalkeeper Danrley Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes LauerArmy got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Mazza. 16 minutes into the game, Benedito Fernandez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Danrley Buffon. Benedito Fernandez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. LauerArmy's Danrley Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save LauerArmy from getting a goal against them. If Paulo Jardel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danrley Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Fernandez in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Christiano Fontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Pitta. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christiano Fontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Danrley Buffon was a little too slow when Benedito Fernandez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amauri Romero to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Mattos to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Denílson Luz made a precise shot to the right of Danrley Buffon. LauerArmy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. With a little luck, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Haroldo Pitta got control of the ball when Christiano Fontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, LauerArmy's Guga Freire dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-3. 75 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Fontes came free, but Haroldo Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Guga Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LauerArmy getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Paulo Jardel hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the match Tony Veiga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danrley Buffon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A well placed Guga Freire short distance shot in the 95th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. The LauerArmy players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Club Sacode Football CIMZ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
