Adelino Coelho had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Virgílio Anjos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 2-1 came in the 97th minute when Virgílio Anjos all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Adelino Coelho. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Braga players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land.
