After a rather tough play, Polatli's Mecnun Şükran got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Cüneyd Oğurata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nichlas Bornich in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, one of Polatli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Polatli. Eilif Lilbæk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cüneyd Oğurata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Birant Özgunay notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Skannerup's David Pandby. David Pandby was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eilif Lilbæk in the 20th minute of play forced Polatli's goalkeeper Cüneyd Oğurata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Mecnun Şükran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Nichlas Bornich put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cüneyd Oğurata. After a rather tough play, Skannerup's Åge Theilland got a free kick in the 29th minute. Al Cronbach charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Al Cronbach the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Al Cronbach hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Eilif Lilbæk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the match, Polatli's goal looked a bit too open when Eilif Lilbæk came free, but Cüneyd Oğurata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Al Cronbach was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Refik Nazif received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Pandby came out and tried to block the shot, but Refik Nazif slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 51st minute. 57 minutes into the game, Skannerup's Nichlas Bornich nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cüneyd Oğurata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. When Refik Nazif came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Polatli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Refik Nazif couldn't finish the play. Nichlas Bornich struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Cüneyd Oğurata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skannerup. 71 minutes into the match, Skannerup's Nichlas Bornich sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cüneyd Oğurata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nico Castenholt charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. David Pandby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Nichlas Bornich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cüneyd Oğurata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Polatli's zone, Nico Castenholt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cüneyd Oğurata came out of the goal and Nico Castenholt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birant Özgunay struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. David Pandby didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polatli. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birant Özgunay in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Pandby prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
