After a rather tough play, Pannekoeken's Joeri Das got a free kick in the 3rd minute. René Batum was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ciro Toninelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. A collision led to Pannekoeken getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Floris Abbenbroek hit a great ball. Pannekoeken's René Batum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Pannekoeken from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Joeri Das shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal Albarran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Vida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. René Batum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Pannekoeken got a freekick which was hit by Floris Abbenbroek. In the 24th match minute, Pannekoeken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Abbenbroek to maneuver through the defense. Pannekoeken's Joeri Das got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Vida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. René Batum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Sahat Levandy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lulina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Toninelli in the 39th minute of play forced Pannekoeken's goalkeeper René Batum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davide Malandra took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised René Batum. René Batum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sahat Levandy to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pannekoeken's zone, Sahat Levandy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. René Batum came out of the goal and Sahat Levandy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aníbal Albarran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Floris Abbenbroek in the 57th minute. Sahat Levandy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without René Batum having to interfere. In the 61st minute Armin Rapone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Batum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lulina FC booed when Pannekoeken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martijn Winters didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Floris Abbenbroek in the 64th minute of play forced Lulina FC's goalkeeper Aníbal Albarran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René Batum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Rapone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Sahat Levandy made a precise shot to the right of René Batum. Pannekoeken's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Joeri Das fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pannekoeken's protests and gave Joeri Das a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Pannekoeken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joeri Das to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Pannekoeken defense, Ciro Toninelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of René Batum. The Pannekoeken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that René Batum should have stopped the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pannekoeken fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Amerigo Maranzano placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Floris Abbenbroek got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lulina FC had played much better football throughout.
