The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Palacio in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Zjem Cię got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Cwojdak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Palacio in the 13th minute of play forced Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Mateo Palacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, one of Lobos de Carelia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lobos de Carelia. In the 28th minute Cristobal Lia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Jajko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Palacio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateo Palacio took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Cortez. Nestor Cortez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Mateo Palacio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Cortez. Lobos de Carelia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Palacio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 41st minute, Mateo Palacio made a precise shot to the right of Nestor Cortez. Lobos de Carelia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Vecdi Tamkut kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Lobos de Carelia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zjem Cię were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prospero Perico was the one to do the kick off. Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vecdi Tamkut kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Palacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Cortez was a little too slow when Mateo Palacio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-4. Lobos de Carelia made a substitution. Pavao Zadro replaced Cristobal Lia. Mateo Palacio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Nestor Cortez made a huge save. Mateo Palacio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nestor Cortez came out and tried to block the shot, but Mateo Palacio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 83rd minute. Tolek Wojtyna kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Zjem Cię's Boruc Wierzchowski was substituted for Murillo Cedeno. After a rather tough play, Zjem Cię's Tolek Wojtyna got a free kick in the 87th minute. Ciriaco Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nestor Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateo Palacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
