Ter Stegen came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Bociany SA's Adam Harendarski. But to his dismay, Adam Harendarski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Anselmo Ganix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ter Stegen. 1948 MKS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anselmo Ganix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Brasil McIan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Adam Harendarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bociany SA's Radomil Labus got a free kick in the 34th minute. Radomil Labus kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bociany SA's goalkeeper Genzo Wakabayashi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Genzo Wakabayashi was a little too slow when Donleavy Barrett got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 1-2. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bektaş Veli Bengisoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Donleavy Barrett made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Bociany SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Ganix to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Ganix.
