Alfons Siggesson took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Paraibano. Thiago Paraibano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Siggesson in the 23rd minute of play forced Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Thiago Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Nicolás Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tom Colling was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Tom Colling successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Fågelmara IK booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Milošević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Paraibano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Sjö in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Aleksander Sjö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicolás Castillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fågelmara IK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Fabinho Coutinho hit a great ball. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Carlos Neto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fågelmara IK. Thiago Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimír Kuthan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 59 played minutes Fågelmara IK got a freekick which was hit by Witold Lepucki. In the 60th minute Nicolás Castillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Colling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Thiago Paraibano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Jataiense Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Jataiense Futebol Clube defense, Witold Lepucki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Paraibano. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Paraibano should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute Gualter Gulak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Colling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Colling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golaki Goiano in the 91st minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
