Andreas Hansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosun Manjani in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, FC Nordsjælland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sindre Walle to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Nordsjælland defense, Donato Conrao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Hansen. The FC Nordsjælland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Hansen should have stopped the shot. Hickey Dunne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yulian Kichukov, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Boiken Juniku ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andreas Hansen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Hickey Dunne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andreas Schjelderup in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Prishtina FC's goalkeeper Hickey Dunne had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yulian Kichukov. The attack was good, but when Yulian Kichukov in the 18th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 20th minute Yulian Kichukov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hickey Dunne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosun Manjani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Conrao got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Andreas Hansen handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Boiken Juniku took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Hansen. Andreas Hansen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Andreas Hansen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Conrao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xhenit Hysa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 minutes Prishtina FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yulian Kichukov who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sindre Walle in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hickey Dunne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mads Hansen in the 77th minute of play forced Prishtina FC's goalkeeper Hickey Dunne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Mads Hansen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prishtina FC's Hickey Dunne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd match minute, FC Nordsjælland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sindre Walle to maneuver through the defense. After a good free kick, Sindre Walle got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Prishtina FC. Andreas Hansen made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Donato Conrao sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute Mads Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hickey Dunne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nordsjælland's zone, Boiken Juniku stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Hansen came out of the goal and Boiken Juniku tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilvan Luz got free with Andreas Hansen in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 99th minute, Mads Hansen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hickey Dunne was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Prishtina FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
