Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gwyn Lawson started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwyn Lawson in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Latif Al Fakir saved Galatasaray SK from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Justo Lore took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Latif Al Fakir to make any attempt to save it. If Justo Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir got control of the ball when Justo Lore tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Tigre's Sergio Cordareo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Latif Al Fakir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Justo Lore received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Latif Al Fakir came out and tried to block the shot, but Justo Lore slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 21st minute. If Gwyn Lawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Lore in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Latif Al Fakir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Latif Al Fakir was a little too slow when Matias Calixto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. Latif Al Fakir was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gwyn Lawson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Lore in the 36th minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Latif Al Fakir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Aparecido's late challenge caught a Galatasaray SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Aparecido helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Pedro Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Gwyn Lawson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir didn't even have to move. In the 43rd minute, Justo Lore made a precise shot to the right of Latif Al Fakir. Galatasaray SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 47 minutes into the match, Justo Lore dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Latif Al Fakir, 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Hagi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Frank Zijden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Justo Lore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Latif Al Fakir was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Latif Al Fakir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes, Gwyn Lawson made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tigre's Masao Koriotto was substituted for Sergio Cordareo. Latif Al Fakir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 73 minutes of play, Tigre's Justo Lore made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Latif Al Fakir was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76thth minute of the game Justo Lore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Masao Koriotto in the 77th minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Latif Al Fakir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Latif Al Fakir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Lore in the 78th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Aparecido came free, but Latif Al Fakir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Latif Al Fakir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Lore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Aparecido in the 88th minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Latif Al Fakir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Zijden lost his temper 89 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Galatasaray SK getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Frank Zijden hit a great ball. Gwyn Lawson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tadeo Oriche hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tigre fully deserved thier win.
