Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tonico Tinoco kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Justo Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Junes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 3 minutes, Justo Montrel made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Celtic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Montrel came free, but Sebastián Junes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Froila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastián Junes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tonico Tinoco in the 11th minute of play. Oscar Udalaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Oscar Udalaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 17th minute Erasmo Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Junes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Montrel in the 20th minute of play. Nicolas Froilas short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 42nd minute Oscar Udalaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Oscar Udalaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celtic FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Udalaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Celtic FC booed when Inter Miami CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Celtic FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Inter Miami CF were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidoro Lugo made a kick off. When Isidoro Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Celtic FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Lugo couldn't finish the play. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes Inter Miami CF got a freekick which was hit by Joe Pancken. Inter Miami CF made a substitution. Mauro Liher replaced Guaberto Paio. Sebastián Junes made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Justo Montrel sent off a good shot on target. Mauro Liher hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Sebastián Junes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Fridman in the 92nd minute of play. Inter Miami CF's Jean-Philippe Al Abdullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Froila in the 94th minute of play. With a little luck, Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes got control of the ball when Tonico Tinoco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celtic FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Inter Miami CF had controlled the match.
