An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Bute in the 9th minute of play forced Thunder FC's goalkeeper Lincoln Beal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Vlahuță were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Thunder FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petru Bute took the corner. Lincoln Beal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudiu Doinaș in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the Thunder FC defense, Petru Bute kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lincoln Beal. The Thunder FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lincoln Beal should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Tarcu during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 17 minutes into the game, one of FC Vlahuță:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Vlahuță:s Mihai Rusu showed great skill when he stopped Percy Califf:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Percy Califf did a trick in the 19th minute in front of FC Vlahuță's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 1-1. An impressive performance by Thunder FC's Percy Califf! Mihai Rusu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percy Califf in the 22nd minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Eusebio Aguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thunder FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Aguirre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, FC Vlahuță's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Aguirre came free, but Mihai Rusu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihai Rusu made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Drew Burrows sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Gigi Miheș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lincoln Beal was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Thunder FC's Alistair Metzger got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When Gigi Miheș came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the FC Vlahuță fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigi Miheș couldn't finish the play. FC Vlahuță were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Thunder FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petru Bute took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Petru Bute got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lincoln Beal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 39th minute, Claudiu Doinaș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lincoln Beal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When Gigi Miheș came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Vlahuță fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigi Miheș couldn't finish the play. Thunder FC's Lincoln Beal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Bute in the 44th minute of play. Ali Hood kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Augustin Tomozei took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lincoln Beal. Thunder FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

In the 53rd minute, Claudiu Doinaș reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lincoln Beal. The goal made the score 1-4. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Petru Bute took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Lincoln Beal to make any attempt to save it. Eusebio Aguirre kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a little luck, Thunder FC's Lincoln Beal got control of the ball when Claudiu Doinaș tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lincoln Beal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Bute, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Thunder FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Alistair Metzger hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Marcelo Trobbiani made a precise shot to the right of Lincoln Beal. Thunder FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Claudiu Doinaș didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-7 via right post in the game's 77th minute. FC Vlahuță's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After some careless play in the Thunder FC defense, Claudiu Doinaș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lincoln Beal. The Thunder FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lincoln Beal should have stopped the shot. Claudiu Doinaș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lincoln Beal having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Eriberto Bidari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudiu Doinaș's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lincoln Beal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Cosoreanu in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lincoln Beal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the game, Claudiu Doinaș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Lincoln Beal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mihai Rusu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Percy Califf, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Thunder FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Vlahuță were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
