The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Räthe during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FSV Straubing's Julian Räthe got a free kick in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FSV Straubing's zone, Elmer Hørle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augustin Tschorn came out of the goal and Elmer Hørle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute Elmer Hørle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Tschorn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Løjenkær FV's goalkeeper Rikki Lomholt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils Mukengechay. Bill Frick did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Rikki Lomholt 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Nils Mukengechay made a precise shot to the right of Rikki Lomholt. Løjenkær FV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 23 minutes into the game, Ismael Höfer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FSV Straubing's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Løjenkær FV the free kick. Ismael Höfer hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Løjenkær FV's Ronny Eskegaard broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Løjenkær FV:s Rikki Lomholt showed great skill when he stopped Vicco Noll:s penalty. Bill Frick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Løjenkær FV's Rikki Lomholt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Frick in the 40th minute of play. Rikki Lomholt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nils Mukengechay went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the game, Chrestian Fensberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Løjenkær FV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FSV Straubing the free kick. After 44 played minutes Løjenkær FV got a freekick which was hit by Chrestian Fensberg. In the 46th minute, Bill Frick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, Nils Mukengechay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rikki Lomholt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Mukengechay in the 60th minute of the match. If Nils Mukengechay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. FSV Straubing's Nils Mukengechay got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fred Storgard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Løjenkær FV's Rikki Lomholt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Frick in the 75th minute of play. Nils Mukengechay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rikki Lomholt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Mukengechay in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bill Frick in the 96th minute of play forced Løjenkær FV's goalkeeper Rikki Lomholt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils Mukengechay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rikki Lomholt having to make a save. FSV Straubing were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Løjenkær FV for a fine match.
