Alfredão Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luizão Quirino's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Alfredão Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Joel da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel da Silva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfredão Fernandez having to make a save. Alfredão Fernandez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by ALMA GUERREIRA's Luizão Quirino. But to his dismay, Luizão Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tião Marinho took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredão Fernandez. Alfredão Fernandez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alfredão Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tião Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Dráusio Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Fernandez having to interfere. In the 47th minute Luizão Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alfredão Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luizão Quirino in the 51st minute. Austra VFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Tião Marinho scored to the left of an out of position Alfredão Fernandez, making the score, 0-4. Rony Nunes's late challenge caught a ALMA GUERREIRA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rony Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th minute, Rony Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Madureira hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tião Marinho in the 74th minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Alfredão Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th match minute, ALMA GUERREIRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião Marinho to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Miguel Bertassi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Austra VFC booed when ALMA GUERREIRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredão Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fábio Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ALMA GUERREIRA's Luizão Quirino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfredão Fernandez. That made the score 0-5 after 88 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Madureira in the 92nd minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Alfredão Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rony Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Cearense having to interfere. ALMA GUERREIRA played a much better game than Austra VFC and deserved their victory. The Austra VFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
