A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Evandro Quirino hit a great ball. After 5 played minutes Marcelinho Donatello rounded Curiphila Eagles's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 8th minute Marcelinho Donatello suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 8 minutes into the game, Walmyr do Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curiphila Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Gustavo FPRMZ the free kick. FC Gustavo FPRMZ made a substitution. Ulisses Pontes replaced Marcelinho Donatello. After a rather tough play, Curiphila Eagles's Evandro Quirino got a free kick in the 11th minute. Naldo Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, FC Gustavo FPRMZ's Rodrigo Quirino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Murilo Paiva. Murilo Paiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Horácio Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Rodrigo Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Gustavo FPRMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evandro Quirino kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva got control of the ball when Rodrigo Quirino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Curiphila Eagles's Patrick Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Curiphila Eagles's Murilo Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Massa in the 48th minute of play. FC Gustavo FPRMZ were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Curiphila Eagles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardinho Britto took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC Gustavo FPRMZ's corner Bernardinho Britto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Murilo Paiva quite easily take care of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 56 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Linares. Patrick Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 62 minutes, Patrick Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curiphila Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. André Luiz Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The long shot by Carlos Augusto Azevedo in the 67th minute really tested Felipe Tande's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 71st minute, Bebeto da Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Murilo Paiva. Curiphila Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Felipe Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiko Mattos in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Alfredão Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes FC Gustavo FPRMZ got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Diniz. 85 minutes in the game André Luiz Furtado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Durval Carneiro. In the 91st minute, Rodrigo Quirino made a precise shot to the right of Murilo Paiva. Curiphila Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Bebeto da Silveira hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The FC Gustavo FPRMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
