Diego Ribas started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Sócrates Silva came free, but Sérgio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sócrates Silva in the 6th minute of play. Sérgio Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Austra 04 VFC were awarded a corner. Douglas Tande went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Austra 04 VFC's Beila Mora to fire away a dangerous shot which Sérgio Perez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Austra 04 VFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Ricciardo came free, but Hudson Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beila Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Perez having to interfere. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Perez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Niclas Samuelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Wellington Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Sebastian Vettel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Classe A Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Austra 04 VFC the free kick. In the 29th minute Sebastian Vettel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Classe A Futebol Clube's Sebastian Vettel got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Beila Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37 played minutes Austra 04 VFC got a freekick which was hit by Wellington Pires. The long shot by Pierre Gasly in the 38th minute really tested Hudson Gaúcho's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Diego Ribass short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Hudson Gaúcho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 43 minutes into the game, Wellington Pires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Austra 04 VFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Classe A Futebol Clube the free kick. Wellington Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Ribas got free with Hudson Gaúcho in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th match minute, Austra 04 VFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sócrates Silva to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Classe A Futebol Clube's Diego Ribas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hudson Gaúcho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wellington Pires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Austra 04 VFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé Damião to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Sebastian Vettel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Ribas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Gaúcho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austra 04 VFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pierre Gasly was slow to take the kick. During this time Classe A Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. Cafu dos Santos thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Hudson Gaúcho, a very annoying self made goal in the 58th minute which led to 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Ribas in the 61st minute of play forced Austra 04 VFC's goalkeeper Hudson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hudson Gaúcho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Ricciardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Perez made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Beila Mora sent off a good shot on target. Sócrates Silva got in the 73rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Sérgio Perez handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Classe A Futebol Clube's Wilson Queirós was substituted for Sebastian Vettel. Classe A Futebol Clube's Roberto Viana was substituted for Niclas Samuelsson. 79 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Sócrates Silva came free, but Sérgio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hudson Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Austra 04 VFC's Hudson Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Queirós in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Wilson Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Austra 04 VFC's Hudson Gaúcho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Austra 04 VFC made a substitution. Marcus Pollard replaced Sócrates Silva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Pollard in the 93rd minute of play forced Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hudson Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Sérgio Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Pollard in the 96th minute of the match. Classe A Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
