Pedro Paulo Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense got control of the ball when Casimiro Jatsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cássio Ferraz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Paulo Barreto was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Pedro Paulo Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
