The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piara Gerli. In the 14th match minute, VAMO ARRIBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Gartxot to maneuver through the defense. VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Fuchs in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Defensores del Ángel Gris booed when VAMO ARRIBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonzo Gartxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Co Fuchs in the 39th minute of the match. When Zoltán Battai in the 40th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Nicolás DAndrea kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The supporters of VAMO ARRIBA booed when Defensores del Ángel Gris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Macias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Chaime. In the 53rd minute of the match Alonzo Gartxot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolás DAndrea skillfully saved the ball. Zoltán Battai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Rene Egoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nicolás DAndrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 64 minutes into the match, Zoltán Battai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolás DAndrea. Defensores del Ángel Gris's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zoltán Battai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Nicolás DAndrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piara Gerli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd match minute, VAMO ARRIBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Egoitz to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafim Catranides got free with Aquiles Ellande in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Desiderio Macias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Ellande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Piara Gerli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolás DAndrea was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Serafim Catranides succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-2 in the 88th playminute. Desiderio Macias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Aquiles Ellande made a huge save. Defensores del Ángel Gris's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
