Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Piara Gerli kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute GuateFortín were awarded a corner. Angel Alvarenga went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Máximo Perrone got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aquiles Ellande quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquiles Ellande. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. 13 minutes into the match, Zoltán Battai notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Aquiles Ellande skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 33 minutes of play, VAMO ARRIBA's Zoltán Battai made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nery Pumpido was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zico Zellier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. GuateFortín's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Demesio in the 42nd minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Ellande was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thierry Henry made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goal looked a bit too open when Zico Zellier came free, but Aquiles Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Ellande didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thierry Henry went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 60thth minute of the game Zico Zellier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Thierry Henry notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of VAMO ARRIBA's Aquiles Ellande. Aquiles Ellande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GuateFortín made a substitution. Severo Rameriz replaced Stanyo Búnkov. VAMO ARRIBA's Ysmael Tercero was substituted for Zoltán Battai. Thierry Henry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Ellande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Ysmael Tercero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nery Pumpido came out and tried to block the shot, but Ysmael Tercero slotted it home off the left post making it 5-4 in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, VAMO ARRIBA's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henry came free, but Aquiles Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes VAMO ARRIBA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Angel Alvarenga who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of VAMO ARRIBA's goalie and right to Thierry Henry. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. VAMO ARRIBA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Aquiles Ellande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thierry Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind VAMO ARRIBA's goalkeeper Aquiles Ellande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nery Pumpido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Demesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Thierry Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's Thierry Henry sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Ellande narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquiles Ellande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thierry Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, GuateFortín's Nery Pumpido got control of the ball when Ezequiel Demesio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Demesio got free with Nery Pumpido in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The GuateFortín fans cheered their team off the field, for while VAMO ARRIBA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
