Defensores del Ángel Gris's Gabi Golanski got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angel Alvarenga charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angel Alvarenga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Angel Alvarenga got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thierry Henry's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Nicolás DAndrea skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 28 played minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris got a freekick which was hit by Gabi Golanski. If Thierry Henry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicolás DAndrea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thierry Henry in the 29th minute. After 38 minutes, Thierry Henry made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Defensores del Ángel Gris fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolás DAndrea should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Thierry Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. GuateFortín's Severo Rameriz was substituted for Stanyo Búnkov. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores del Ángel Gris's goalkeeper Nicolás DAndrea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the match, Thierry Henry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolás DAndrea. Defensores del Ángel Gris's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thierry Henry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 91st minute William Villanueva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolás DAndrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Nicolás DAndrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thierry Henry in the 92nd minute of play. GuateFortín's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
