Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sven-Edvin Jansson made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Sven-Edvin Jansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto Eztebe was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 5th minute, Germano Bettencourt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nery Pumpido. The goal made the score 1-0. Roberto Eztebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Zellier in the 9th minute of the match. Zico Zellier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Roberto Eztebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Sven-Edvin Jansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Eztebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 23 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lino Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Edvin Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Rios was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 59th minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GuateFortín made a substitution. William Villanueva replaced Zico Zellier. GuateFortín's Severo Rameriz was substituted for Stanyo Búnkov. Lino Rios took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Jan Hop replaced Wojciech Fiszer. In the 75th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Lozano to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe got control of the ball when William Villanueva tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, GuateFortín's William Villanueva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Eztebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by William Villanueva.
