After a rather tough play, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Endang Arnawa got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Sesuldo came free, but Humberto de Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabián Marcos in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Humberto de Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Scarface's Fabián Marcos managed to work through C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Fabián Marcos dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s Humberto de Azevedo got control of the ball when Dario Rito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dario Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Humberto de Azevedo made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Scarface's Serafin Sesuldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Humberto de Azevedo. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. With his leg Humberto de Azevedo managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Scarface's Dario Rito fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the match, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Humberto de Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Rito. 42 minutes into the game, one of Scarface:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Scarface:s Felice Fiore showed great skill when he stopped Severino de Senna:s penalty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cleiton do Vale was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute Fidel Lastur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jefferson Pires's late challenge caught a Scarface's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jefferson Pires helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jefferson Pires to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s goalkeeper Humberto de Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Humberto de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Rito's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dario Rito in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto de Azevedo saved C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. from getting behind. The supporters of Scarface booed when C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Zanette didn't get a good kick on the ball. Humberto de Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Rito in the 94th minute of play. Scarface walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
