The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, ArrancaCerebroS AFC's Dario Ruy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristo Lorenz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Fotyo Tuliyski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dario Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, ArrancaCerebroS AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adil Ergümen came free, but Bartlomiej Zuraw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Qwinton made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dario Ruy immediately put the ball in play. Dario Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cristo Lorenz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Dario Ruy sped through Team in construction's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristo Lorenz. In the 25th minute Dario Ruy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fu Sheng Jian in the 26th minute of play forced ArrancaCerebroS AFC's goalkeeper Bartlomiej Zuraw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Team in construction's Cristo Lorenz got control of the ball when Dario Ruy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marin Bologa's late challenge caught a ArrancaCerebroS AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marin Bologa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ArrancaCerebroS AFC booed when Team in construction was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Bologa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Ruy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Ruy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Ruy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristo Lorenz having to make a save. Cristo Lorenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Ruy's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Ioan Beca kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Ruperto Clodio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ArrancaCerebroS AFC and the Team in construction players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Ruperto Clodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Ruy was the one to do the kick off. Dario Ruy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Lorenz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. The corner led ArrancaCerebroS AFC's Gerardo Francesco to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristo Lorenz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Team in construction booed when ArrancaCerebroS AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 67 minutes Team in construction's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gerardo Francesco who took care of the corner kick. Gerardo Francesco made a great header on ArrancaCerebroS AFC's corner, it was just that Team in construction's Cristo Lorenz managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Team in construction's goalkeeper Cristo Lorenz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristo Lorenz came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by ArrancaCerebroS AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz. But to his dismay, Czeslaw Kopacz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 72 minutes into the match, Czeslaw Kopacz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristo Lorenz. Team in construction's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Czeslaw Kopacz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 75 minutes into the match, ArrancaCerebroS AFC's Czeslaw Kopacz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristo Lorenz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Team in construction got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Mendrea. In the 82nd minute of the match, Fu Sheng Jian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bartlomiej Zuraw was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Kopacz in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Lorenz saved Team in construction from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Kopacz in the 85th minute of play forced Team in construction's goalkeeper Cristo Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Czeslaw Kopacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Team in construction's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Cristo Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Kopacz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Cristo Lorenz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Team in construction's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
