Clodoveo Aresti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Jacindo in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Invisible getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cristian Ekialde hit a great ball. Vicente Beltxe lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Esmeralda AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Invisible:s goal. Ceferino Restu scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clodoveo Aresti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ceferino Restu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clodoveo Aresti was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 38th minute Esmeralda AFC were awarded a corner. Nicasio Lorenz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Esmeralda AFC's Nicasio Lorenz to fire away a dangerous shot which Clodoveo Aresti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Esmeralda AFC's Mateo Jakue got control of the ball when Cristo Piorno tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes Esmeralda AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Matteo who took care of the corner kick. Invisible's Cristo Piorno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mateo Jakue in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joel Matteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Mateo Jakue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Invisible players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Esmeralda AFC were winning 1-2.

After a rather tough play, Invisible's Joel Matteo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Cristo Piorno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Invisible fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Claudio Echeverri struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Mateo Jakue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Invisible. Gabriel Txema charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Txema the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Invisible getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Urbano Laurgain hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Fagildo got free with Clodoveo Aresti in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Rufo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Clodoveo Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Claudio Echeverri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Cristo Piorno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Mateo Jakue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute Ceferino Restu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Esmeralda AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Invisible.
