Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bresikas's Ciriaco Ubarna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Jerrald notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Esmeralda AFC's Mateo Jakue. Mateo Jakue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Jacindo in the 11th minute of play forced Bresikas's goalkeeper Julian Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Vidal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Fagildo went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Baltasar Maldonado hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Gonzalo Jerrald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Mon hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Jacindo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Vidal saved Bresikas from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Ceferino Restu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonzalo Jerrald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esmeralda AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Jakue, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Aurelio Jacindo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julian Vidal, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aurelio Jacindo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciriaco Ubarna got free with Mateo Jakue in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Maldonado during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Esmeralda AFC's zone, Gonzalo Jerrald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Jakue came out of the goal and Gonzalo Jerrald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 76 minutes, Aaron Fagildo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esmeralda AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Fagildo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Jacindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Julian Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Restu struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Julian Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esmeralda AFC. After 88 played minutes Bresikas got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Giro. Julian Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Fagildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Savion was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Bresikas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Ceferino Restu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Jerrald charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonzalo Jerrald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esmeralda AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
