Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Orlando Abascal got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Bela to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Gonzales hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Abascal in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kaplan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edgardo Olando was slow to take the kick. During this time Bicicleta F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Jaime Casado managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Romulo Paublo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abelardo Ledesma in the 19th minute. Abelardo Ledesma charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abelardo Ledesma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. René Higuita came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bicicleta F.C.'s Orlando Abascal. But to his dismay, Orlando Abascal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Berriotxoa in the 29th minute of the match. Kaplan's René Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Abascal in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Gonzales in the 36th minute of play forced Kaplan's goalkeeper René Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Barros to maneuver through the defense. If Orlando Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romulo Paublo was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Lucio Soin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucio Soin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Bicicleta F.C. made a substitution. Victoriano Miliano replaced Valentin Gonzales. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abelardo Ledesma to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd match minute, Bicicleta F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Naldo to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Paublo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aristides Avellaneda went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Bicicleta F.C.'s Arnulfo Domeka got a free kick in the 70th minute. Kaplan's René Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Abascal in the 72nd minute of play. When Lucio Soin fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kaplan's protests and gave Lucio Soin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Angel Calisto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Paublo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Orlando Abascal hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. René Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Abascal in the 88th minute of the match. Romulo Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Soin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Bicicleta F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Teodoro Naldo hit a great ball. Romulo Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Soin in the 96th minute of play. Kaplan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
