Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Invisible's Cristo Piorno started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Arturo Acevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arturo Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Clodoveo Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 7 minutes, Roque Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOUTH THUNDER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Abechuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 11th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Roque Abechuco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SOUTH THUNDER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Invisible the free kick. The supporters of Invisible booed when SOUTH THUNDER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Invisible's Clodoveo Aresti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Invisible from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Echeverri came free, but Benito Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Argi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Piorno's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Benito Argi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Piorno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, Invisible was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. Benito Argi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Echeverri, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. SOUTH THUNDER's Benito Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Piorno in the 36th minute of play. If Arturo Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 40th minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Benito Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Cristo Piorno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Benito Argi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Invisible getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Cristo Piorno hit a great ball. After the first half Invisible were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Arturo Acevedo made a precise shot to the right of Clodoveo Aresti. Invisible's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 56th minute Cristo Piorno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Argi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Benito Argi managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Invisible's Cristo Piorno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Roque Abechuco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. Roque Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. SOUTH THUNDER's Benito Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 63rd minute of play. Cristo Piornos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Benito Argi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the match, SOUTH THUNDER's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Piorno came free, but Benito Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SOUTH THUNDER's Benito Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 79th minute of play. Cristo Piorno charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 87 minutes, Claudio Echeverri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Invisible and the SOUTH THUNDER players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th match minute, Invisible was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Echeverri to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Invisible had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
