Cobus de Backer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Tasili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, De tulpen SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthijs Kristoffers to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Prishtina FC booed when De tulpen SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Dekkers didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Erjuz Marko managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when De tulpen SC's Marc Bijl fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee ignored Prishtina FC's protests and gave Vangjush Zogu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Vangjush Zogu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. De tulpen SC's Fabian Zoethout couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Prishtina FC. Prishtina FC played a much better game than De tulpen SC and deserved their victory. The De tulpen SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
