With a little luck, Scarface's Silvano Natal got control of the ball when Ronaldo Guedes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Rui Marquez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silvano Natal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 14 played minutes, Scarface's Aquiles Cilio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vladimir Donato came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Scarface reached it. When Scarface's Godofredo Iago in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 23rd minute Inocencio Gorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimir Donato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Gorri in the 25th minute of play forced UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's goalkeeper Vladimir Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Scarface got a freekick which was hit by Dante Botello. Ronaldo Guedes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Silvano Natal made a huge save. Silvano Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 37 minutes, Danilo Montay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scarface and the UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Scarface's Danilo Montay got a free kick in the 38th minute. Silvano Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lenílson Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Gorri in the 44th minute of play. Inocencio Gorri scored 0-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vladimir Donato, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Godofredo Iago got free with Vladimir Donato in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Scarface getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Dalmacio Orzaize hit a great ball. Scarface's Silvano Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Marquez in the 59th minute of play. Vladimir Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Gorri in the 62nd minute of play. If Godofredo Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gil Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Silvano Natal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vladimir Donato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Gorri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Gorri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimir Donato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Ronaldo Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Godofredo Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Scarface booed when UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Scarface eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
