Dipa Beer might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toninho Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dipa Beer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th match minute, AFA Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duda Bueno to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denver Zago during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Denver Zago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Bueno in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Vivaldo Sampaio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Toninho Pinheiro. Vivaldo Sampaio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vivaldo Sampaio got free with Toninho Pinheiro in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Dipa Beer put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Toninho Pinheiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dipa Beer in the 30th minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Toninho Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in DENVER™'s zone, Duda Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho Pinheiro came out of the goal and Duda Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vivaldo Sampaio scored 3-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toninho Pinheiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Toninho Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vivaldo Sampaio in the 37th minute. Toninho Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Vivaldo Sampaio sent off a good shot on target. 48 minutes into the game, Vivaldo Sampaio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Toninho Pinheiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Bueno in the 56th minute of play. Toninho Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the game, AFA Club's Vivaldo Sampaio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toninho Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Toninho Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dipa Beer in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Sampaio notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro. Toninho Pinheiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. DENVER™'s Rodrigo Velasco was substituted for Guilherme Abud. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when AFA Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrianinho Negri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nemesio Baladi. AFA Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Diguinho Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DENVER™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFA Club the free kick. Diguinho Vargas hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Dipa Beer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Pinheiro having to interfere. Toninho Pinheiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dipa Beer went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the game, AFA Club's Dipa Beer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toninho Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Sampaio in the 92nd minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Toninho Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DENVER™'s Toninho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Sampaio in the 97th minute of play. AFA Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
