Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dudu Borges made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Catugi FC's Nando de Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilton Marinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Elói Fonseca got a free kick in the 11th minute. Folke Österlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Borges in the 14th minute of play forced Real Brasil F.C.'s goalkeeper Nilton Marinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilton Marinho made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Dudu Borges sent off a good shot on target. Nando de Alcântara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nilton Marinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Nando de Alcântara slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Sydney Rossi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Brasil F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catugi FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Real Brasil F.C.'s Sydney Rossi got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 28 minutes of play, Catugi FC's Dudu Borges made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real Brasil F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Nando de Alcântara scored to the left of an out of position Nilton Marinho, making the score, 4-0. Nando de Alcântara came free with the goalkeeper in the 48th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nilton Marinho could save by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiago Gabriel Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Tiaguinho Fernandez got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Zé Paulo de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Brasil F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Paulo de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Österlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nilton Marinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu Borges went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Folke Österlund got control of the ball when Mateus de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Real Brasil F.C. booed when Catugi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dudu Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nilton Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Nando de Alcântara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilton Marinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Nilton Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nando de Alcântara's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Dudu Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catugi FC's Folke Österlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Catugi FC from getting a goal against them. Nilton Marinho came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Catugi FC's Dudu Borges. But to his dismay, Dudu Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 88 minutes into the game, Tiaguinho Fernandez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Folke Österlund was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zé Paulo de Azevedo. 91 minutes into the match, Real Brasil F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Borges came free, but Nilton Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Brasil F.C.'s Nilton Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Borges in the 92nd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Catugi FC fully deserved thier win.
