A hard shot 7 in the game by Luís Guilherme Galvão from a close distance when the talented Hortêncio Duarte managed to make a qualified save. Pindorama's players were relieved. 9 minutes into the match, Real Brasil F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cafu Martins came free, but Nilton Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Guilherme Galvão took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hortêncio Duarte. Hortêncio Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Luís Guilherme Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Duarte having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tiago Gabriel Mendes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hortêncio Duarte was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Pindorama's Nelsinho Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nilton Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nelsinho Meira's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Pindorama were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Real Brasil F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zé Pedro Salles took the corner. The supporters of Real Brasil F.C. booed when Pindorama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bernardo Terra got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Pindorama. In the 31stth minute of the game Nelsinho Meira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Brasil F.C.'s Nilton Marinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Guilherme Galvão's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hortêncio Duarte firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 35th minute, Sydney Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Nelsinho Meira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilton Marinho. Real Brasil F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nelsinho Meira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 38th minute, Michel de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zé Pedro Salles came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Pindorama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Pedro Salles couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Guilherme Galvão got free with Hortêncio Duarte in the 49th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real Brasil F.C. were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after Pindorama's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zé Paulo de Azevedo took the corner. The corner led Real Brasil F.C.'s Mateus de Amaral to fire away a dangerous shot which Hortêncio Duarte despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 62nd minute, Real Brasil F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cafu Martins fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Pindorama getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Bernardo Terra hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Zé Paulo de Azevedo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte didn't even have to move. 73 minutes into the match, Tiago Gabriel Mendes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte. Hortêncio Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hortêncio Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Pindorama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Terra to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Real Brasil F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cafu Martins came free, but Nilton Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafu Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nilton Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Real Brasil F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Borges to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Luís Guilherme Galvão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hortêncio Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Real Brasil F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Pindorama for much of the match.
