Dudu Borges started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernani Travassos to maneuver through the defense. Nilton Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fernando Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 minutes of play, Catugi FC's Dudu Borges made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! 0-2 became the score in the 16th minute when Luiz Fernando Abraão elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Luiz Fernando Abraão sped through Real Brasil F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nilton Marinho. 29 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Guilherme Galvão came free, but Folke Österlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Paulo de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 36 minutes of play, Catugi FC's Aílton Domingues made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nilton Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Fernando Abraão struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nilton Marinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catugi FC. After a rather tough play, Real Brasil F.C.'s Jorge Lago got a free kick in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Real Brasil F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Borges came free, but Nilton Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Real Brasil F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Catugi FC were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiago Gabriel Mendes was the one to do the kick off. Real Brasil F.C.'s Nilton Marinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Real Brasil F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, Oscar Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Pimenta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Folke Österlund. Catugi FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nilton Marinho stood somewhat misplaced when Dudu Borges came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 69 minute. Aílton Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Folke Österlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Luiz Fernando Abraão took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Nilton Marinho to make any attempt to save it. In the 85th minute, Oscar Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute of the match Emanuel Pimenta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Folke Österlund showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Folke Österlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus de Amaral in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Hernani Travassos got a free kick in the 89th minute. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Elói Fonseca hit a great ball. Folke Österlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dudu Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Folke Österlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Galvão in the 92nd minute of the match. Nilton Marinho came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Catugi FC's Dudu Borges. But to his dismay, Dudu Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8.
