César Boldrini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luís Fábio Cunha showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Isaac Frasquito came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and César Boldrini could save by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dorel Pârlea kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Vila Industrial FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksandr Leonov. Vila Industrial FC's Benedicto Obano was substituted for Dorian Valladares. T€Tra brick FC made a substitution. Martin Palermo replaced Luís Fábio Cunha. If Benedicto Obano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eleuterio Urbez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Obano, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martín Cardetti in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck César Boldrini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Tulio came free, but César Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Boldrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
