Slawomir Cholewa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Forever Tango's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Tyskie came free, but Nemesio Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severo Elorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slawomir Cholewa having to interfere. Slawomir Cholewa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Senio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Forever Tango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Medina to maneuver through the defense. Zbigniew Cymbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisito Senio in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Slawomir Cholewa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Luisito Senio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slawomir Cholewa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31stth minute of the game Thomas Melse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astral's Slawomir Cholewa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Astral's zone, Luisito Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Slawomir Cholewa came out of the goal and Luisito Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zbigniew Cymbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Uzuri in the 45th minute of play forced Astral's goalkeeper Slawomir Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Forever Tango made a substitution. Ismael Loco replaced Severo Elorri. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luisito Senio was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Melse in the 56th minute of play forced Astral's goalkeeper Slawomir Cholewa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Loco kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Astral's Zdzislaw Pankiewicz got a free kick in the 60th minute. Nemesio Montez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Tyskie in the 64th minute of play. Slawomir Cholewa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisito Senio's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Luisito Senio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astral's Slawomir Cholewa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 73 played minutes Astral got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Osikowicz. When Thomas Melse came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Forever Tango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Melse couldn't finish the play. After 78 played minutes Astral got a freekick which was hit by Teofil Tyskie. After 82 played minutes Astral got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Gargasz. In the 85th minute, Luisito Senio made a precise shot to the right of Slawomir Cholewa. Astral's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. With a little luck, Astral's Slawomir Cholewa got control of the ball when Thomas Melse tried to sneak it across the goal line.
