The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matheus Savioli was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Independente FC's zone, Matheus Savioli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal and Matheus Savioli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Independente FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Borussia Dortmund MZB from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
