Nonatos United's João Pedro de Amaral suffered a sore thigh after 9 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Silas de Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silas de Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nonatos United booed when GeRaÇãO-83 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, GeRaÇãO-83's Richard-Dean Textex threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Medero Gadea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nonatos United's Richard-Dean Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute Nonatos United were awarded a corner. Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Grzegorz Siekierski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, Eurico Viana notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski. Grzegorz Siekierski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 43rd minute, Ruperto Enol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Billy Backman charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Edin Džeko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Grzegorz Siekierski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Téo da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. But to his dismay, Edin Džeko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a little luck, GeRaÇãO-83's Grzegorz Siekierski got control of the ball when Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Edin Džeko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GeRaÇãO-83 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. In the 91st match minute, Nonatos United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GeRaÇãO-83 had won after a very even match.
