Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Clive Burr made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Mineiro came free, but Pedro Paulo Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, GeRaÇãO-83's Joaquim Veloso got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 15 played minutes Ogro F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Clive Burr. Deen Castronovo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dieguinho Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Didi Couto. Ogro F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Didi Couto scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Paulo Penha, making the score, 1-0. In the 25th minute, Diguinho Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. GeRaÇãO-83's Diguinho Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Clive Burr came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Ogro F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clive Burr couldn't finish the play. GeRaÇãO-83's Didi Couto suffered a concussion in the 34th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Josh Freese's late challenge caught a GeRaÇãO-83's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josh Freese helped the player get up and apologised. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ogro F.C.! After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Kiko Freitas got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Luiz Fabiano Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diguinho Mineiro made a kick off. Silas de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Pedro Paulo Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Diguinho Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Duplantier came free, but Dieguinho Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clive Burr in the 64th minute of play forced GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Dieguinho Paraíba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Clive Burr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dieguinho Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dieguinho Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clive Burr, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Deen Castronovo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Dieguinho Paraíba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 77th minute, Artur de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dieguinho Paraíba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clive Burr, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. GeRaÇãO-83's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Ramon Montagner scored to the left of an out of position Dieguinho Paraíba, making the score, 2-1. Joaquim Veloso hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Dieguinho Paraíba acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 91st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aaron Spears. 97 minutes into the match, GeRaÇãO-83's goalkeeper Dieguinho Paraíba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Montagner. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GeRaÇãO-83 had played much better football throughout.
