After a rather tough play, Matheu City FC's Nicasio Bakar got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Desiderio Ferrando hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jacinto Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Menendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute Romeo Menendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Leoiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chucky Mastropiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Leoiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Menendo in the 18th minute of the match. Zarco Figueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Salgado in the 20th minute of the match. Blas Rozarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Zarco Figueira made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, Peñaloza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chucky Mastropiero to maneuver through the defense. After 34 minutes of play, Peñaloza's Leonel Rayman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Leoiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zarco Figueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robinho Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zarco Figueira made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Robinho Salgado sent off a good shot on target. Leonel Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Menendo came free, but Jacinto Leoiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Leonel Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Leoiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Albano Gabrio fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Matheu City FC's protests and gave Albano Gabrio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Albano Gabrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chucky Mastropiero to make the kick off. After having played for 60 minutes, Leonel Rayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peñaloza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Rayman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonel Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on Matheu City FC's corner Benito Gartxot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zarco Figueira quite easily take care of the ball. Leonel Rayman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Jacinto Leoiar made a huge save. Peñaloza made a substitution. Angel Urtats replaced Leonel Rayman. In the 74th minute of the match Peñaloza got a corner. Matheu City FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonides Jaen ran over to the corner to take the kick. 81 minutes into the match, Peñaloza's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Rozarius came free, but Zarco Figueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Peñaloza's Jaime Inguma ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Leoiar. Jacinto Leoiar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Peñaloza's Angel Urtats slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacinto Leoiar. That made the score 0-5 after 87 minutes of play. Angel Urtats could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Jacinto Leoiar made a huge save. Anastasio Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Matheu City FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peñaloza were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
