A collision led to Matheu City FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Tiburcio Joey hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Marcelo Barovero successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcelo Barovero made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Blas Rozarius sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Rozarius in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute Isidoro Celino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Leoiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Adrogue FC's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Salgado in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Matheu City FC's Alejo Palben got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Matheu City FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Palben. If Eugenio Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrogue FC's Marcelo Barovero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Adrogue FC from getting a goal against them. Eugenio Loren took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Leoiar. Jacinto Leoiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Adrogue FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Emilio Fertus made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Tiburcio Joey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Leoiar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benigno Richie. In the 56th minute, Eugenio Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Jacinto Leoiar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eugenio Loren hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Blas Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Loren in the 72nd minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Leoiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Rozarius, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 89 minutes, Everardo Cucao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Adrogue FC and the Matheu City FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Adrogue FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Adrogue FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
