When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lázaro Peru sped through Bicicleta F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fausto Roderigo. Alejandro Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Sotil in the 11th minute of play. Jacinto Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Truylos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Feliu. 13 minutes into the game, Segundo Feliu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alejandro Truylos. Segundo Feliu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 17 played minutes Bicicleta F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Sotil. Fausto Roderigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Mazuste lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 22nd minute, one of Rivermania FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rivermania FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Feliu got free with Alejandro Truylos in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Sotil came free, but Alejandro Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauricio Sergi in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Roderigo saved Bicicleta F.C. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Iruinea in the 43rd minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Alejandro Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Feliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Feliu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Mateo Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mauricio Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Sotil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Alejandro Truylos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 63 minutes in the game Hüsmen Vahat did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Javier Gagriel. After 66 played minutes, Bicicleta F.C.'s Javier Gagriel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alejandro Truylos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bicicleta F.C. reached it. Rivermania FC's Alejandro Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Feliu in the 73rd minute of play. After 73 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Guillelmus. In the 75th minute Bicicleta F.C. were awarded a corner. Javier Gagriel went to the cornerflag to take it. Alejandro Truylos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Sotil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Feliu in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Lázaro Peru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rivermania FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bicicleta F.C. the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Rivermania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Peru to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eleuterio Sotil came free, but Alejandro Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Cristobal Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Truylos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bicicleta F.C.'s Mateo Batista got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Rivermania FC's Camilo Sayveon got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bicicleta F.C. had played much better football throughout.
