A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Lázaro Cuartio hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Javier Gagriel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Germano skillfully saved the ball. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Iruinea in the 13th minute of the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eustaquio Jaizki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Fausto Roderigo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17th match minute, Bicicleta F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Batista to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Feliu in the 20th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Edgardo Iruinea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bicicleta F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcos Berdoi's late challenge caught a Bicicleta F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Berdoi helped the player get up and apologised.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Segundo Feliu to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Edgardo Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Sotil in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Eleuterio Sotil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Germano. The goal made the score 0-2. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Javier Gagriel was slow to take the kick. During this time Bicicleta F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Paolo Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Roderigo having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Segundo Feliu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlos Germano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eleuterio Sotil showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 89 minute of play. The supporters of Bicicleta F.C. booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Feliu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 96th minute of play forced Bicicleta F.C.'s goalkeeper Fausto Roderigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bicicleta F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
