Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Váldson da Mata kicked off to start the match. 8 minutes into the game, Roberto Maciel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paysandu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético-PR the free kick. The supporters of Atlético-PR booed when Paysandu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Rayman struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Jailson Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético-PR. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedrinho Hoffmann in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jailson Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oswaldo Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Gerber in the 17th minute of play. Paysandu's Jailson Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Rayman in the 21st minute of play. In the 34th minute Pedrinho Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jailson Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Paysandu booed when Atlético-PR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peng Chao Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Atlético-PR's Pedrinho Hoffmann, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Atlético-PR. A collision led to Paysandu getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Váldson da Mata hit a great ball. Jailson Luz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético-PR's Pedrinho Hoffmann. But to his dismay, Pedrinho Hoffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 47th minute, Hong Jian Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jailson Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedrinho Hoffmann made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Paysandu's Dráuzio Coutinho got a free kick in the 54th minute. Pedrinho Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jailson Luz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hong Jian Fan went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Pedrinho Hoffmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Jailson Luz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Atlético-PR's Hong Jian Fan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Jailson Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peng Chao Feng in the 73rd minute of the match. Ambrosio Rayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jailson Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Hoffmann took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jailson Luz. Jailson Luz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 82 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paysandu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético-PR the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Dráuzio Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Paysandu's goalkeeper Jailson Luz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hong Jian Fan. After 90 minutes of play, Atlético-PR's Perivaldo Sampaio made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jailson Luz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Paysandu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético-PR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
