Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Maximiliano Ermano took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Bruno Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Paysandu's goalkeeper Jailson Luz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Placido Tomi. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustavo Loren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jailson Luz. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Dráuzio Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the game, Teodosio Corderun landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 19th minute, Gilberto Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paysandu's Jailson Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Ermano in the 20th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Bruno Leme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paysandu and the Tetes Titans players grew even worse after the yellow card. Placido Tomi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jailson Luz came out and tried to block the shot, but Placido Tomi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. In the 30th match minute, Tetes Titans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Elia to maneuver through the defense. Doni Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Cucao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Jailson Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Ermano, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Jailson Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Ermano in the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to Tetes Titans getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Braulio Elia hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match Gilberto Tróia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Cucao showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Doni Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. Placido Tomi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Cucao came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Paysandu's Bruno Leme. But to his dismay, Bruno Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Gaizko in the 70th minute of play forced Paysandu's goalkeeper Jailson Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Cayetano Gaizko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jailson Luz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Placido Tomi scored 5-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jailson Luz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Paysandu getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bruno Leme hit a great ball. Jailson Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Gaizko in the 84th minute of play. Bruno Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tetes Titans walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
