In the 7thth minute of the game Rodrigo Ferdinand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 3City United's Bernt Ånger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Ferdinand in the 11th minute of play forced 3City United's goalkeeper Bernt Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes, Wasyl Szotek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 3City United and the Boquenses players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes 3City United got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Szotek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Mierzwa in the 20th minute of play forced Boquenses's goalkeeper Tobias Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute of the match 3City United got a corner. Boquenses's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. I Putu Tu ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Boguslaw Marczyniec managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Boruc Mierzwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Osoro having to interfere. Bernt Ånger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Sancho in the 31st minute. Nicolas Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Bernt Ånger made a huge save. Wasyl Szotek hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Boruc Mierzwa scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tobias Osoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Remigiusz Mlekodaj made the kick off in the second half. Bernt Ånger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Ånger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Tirso's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Tobias Osoro came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by 3City United's Boruc Mierzwa. But to his dismay, Boruc Mierzwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 3City United's Bernt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Oier in the 72nd minute of play. Nicolas Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Ånger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. When Nicolas Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Boquenses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Remigiusz Mlekodaj fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 3City United's Boguslaw Marczyniec got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Mlekodaj in the 86th minute of play forced Boquenses's goalkeeper Tobias Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Sancho in the 87th minute of play forced 3City United's goalkeeper Bernt Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boguslaw Marczyniec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Tobias Osoro made a huge save. Bernt Ånger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gregorio Tirso went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 3City United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
