He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Västerås BK reached it. When Euloxu Contratas fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sa Savina AD's protests and gave Euloxu Contratas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Västerås BK booed when Sa Savina AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Euloxu Contratas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frans Mattsson struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Lucero Antunez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Västerås BK. In the 9th minute, Gunnar Hellsing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sa Savina AD's Cebrián Sarrate got a free kick in the 11th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Herbert Fogel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Västerås BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herbert Fogel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sa Savina AD's Tuste Lacorte got a free kick in the 14th minute. Maximilian Rosin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lucero Antunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximilian Rosin scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucero Antunez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tuste Lacorte's late challenge caught a Västerås BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tuste Lacorte helped the player get up and apologised. Tuste Lacorte kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Brian Fernström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egon Fastesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuste Lacorte in the 38th minute of the match. After 44th play minutes Frans Mattsson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Lucero Antunez and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 48th minute of the match Rasmus Wiman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucero Antunez skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frans Mattsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sa Savina AD's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Rosin came free, but Lucero Antunez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egon Fastesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuste Lacorte, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Frans Mattsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucero Antunez having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Gunnar Hellsing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Frans Mattsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucero Antunez was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Egon Fastesson made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rubén Flores sent off a good shot on target. Egon Fastesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Galnares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Västerås BK got a freekick which was hit by Markus Pålsson. After 79 minutes, Frans Mattsson made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Frans Mattsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucero Antunez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frans Mattsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucero Antunez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Mattsson in the 84th minute of play. Lucero Antunez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frans Mattsson's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The audience was convinced that Frans Mattsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucero Antunez was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Västerås BK fully deserved thier win.
