After 5 played minutes Friggle FC got a freekick which was hit by Rex Jackson. After a rather tough play, Friggle FC's Délio Kartal got a free kick in the 6th minute. Arturo Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sammy Corcoran in the 7th minute of play. In the 9thth minute of the game Júlio Severo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute Dale Cummings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sammy Corcoran in the 14th minute of play. When Dale Cummings came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Friggle FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dale Cummings couldn't finish the play. Arturo Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dale Cummings's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Arne Söderqwist made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Júlio Severo. Nicolas Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dale Cummings's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match FC ARK CS got a corner. Friggle FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sammy Corcoran ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Dale Cummings had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Cummings in the 37th minute of play. Dale Cummings's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Júlio Severo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Boruc was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Nicolas Joey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dale Cummings in the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dale Cummings. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51st minute of the match, Júlio Severo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arturo Boruc was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc got control of the ball when Sammy Corcoran tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dale Cummings in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Joey saved FC ARK CS from getting behind. In the 60thth minute of the game Dale Cummings who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Sammy Corcoran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Friggle FC made a substitution. German Nieto replaced Matthijs Waidijk. Edgar Lang got a throw-in 69 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Barry Charles. After a rather tough play, Friggle FC's Amedeo Verdecchia got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Júlio Severo in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Boruc saved Friggle FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Júlio Severo sped through Friggle FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Boruc. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Friggle FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Voltri in the 76th minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Lang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Robert Voltri sped through FC ARK CS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicolas Joey. Arturo Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry Charles in the 83rd minute of the match. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th match minute, Friggle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Verdecchia to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Joey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Voltri went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
