Axel Davus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Gummeson made a huge save. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mantorp's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yücel Yamaç was slow to take the kick. During this time KFC Paal-Tervant's players had a chance to rest. If Bernt Kihlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Freddy Tilens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Kihlberg in the 6th minute of play. Sven-Olof Gummeson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Davus in the 19th minute. Gabriel Blom made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by KFC Paal-Tervant's Jacq de Neutere. In the 30th match minute, Mantorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Blom to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's Axel Davus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Olof Gummeson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Freddy Tilens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Kihlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Yücel Yamaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernt Kihlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Bernt Kihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Tilens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Axel Davus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Olof Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Davus, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Axel Davus took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven-Olof Gummeson. Sven-Olof Gummeson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 66th minute Axel Davus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Mantorp defense, Axel Davus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Olof Gummeson. The Mantorp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Olof Gummeson should have stopped the shot. Mantorp made a substitution. Sven-Edvin Henriksson replaced Aaron Lundqvist. Sven-Olof Gummeson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Davus's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 75th minute, Axel Davus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Axel Davus made a precise shot to the right of Sven-Olof Gummeson. Mantorp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 81st minute, Jacq de Neutere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Davus in the 84th minute of play. Sven-Edvin Henriksson struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Freddy Tilens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mantorp. Sven-Olof Gummeson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Davus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Davus in the 93rd minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. KFC Paal-Tervant had won after a very even match.
