In the 12th minute, Lauro Monsalve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Aureo Ubeda hit a great ball. Demetrio Amesti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Ibáñez in the 21st minute of the match. Demetrio Amesti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Fariña, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, C.F. Leftraro's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Ibáñez came free, but Demetrio Amesti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Altermundi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Edwards to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 32 minutes, Ferrando Durango managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.F. Leftraro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferrando Durango was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when C.F. Leftraro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferrando Durango didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Fariña in the 39th minute of play forced C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Demetrio Amesti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrio Amesti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Ibáñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Tomás Domimisse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Francisco Ross, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With his leg Demetrio Amesti managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Altermundi FC's Andolín Pumarino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Altermundi FC booed when C.F. Leftraro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Monsalve didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aureliano Fariña fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altermundi FC's protests and gave Aureliano Fariña a yellow card for diving instead. Aureliano Fariña kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Fariña got free with Demetrio Amesti in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 64 minutes on the clock, Robustiano Pfingsthorn commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 63rd minute, one of C.F. Leftraro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.F. Leftraro. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Altermundi FC's Israel Ibáñez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Demetrio Amesti. The crowd rose to their feet as Aureliano Fariña kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Demetrio Amesti. That made the score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. José Francisco Ross fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Tomás Domimisse having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Hugo Edwards had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demetrio Amesti. C.F. Leftraro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Edwards was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Aureliano Fariña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Demetrio Amesti made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureo Ubeda during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 played minutes Altermundi FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureo Ubeda. 87 minutes into the match, Aureliano Fariña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demetrio Amesti. C.F. Leftraro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliano Fariña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Demetrio Amesti made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Aureliano Fariña sent off a good shot on target. Aureliano Fariña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Demetrio Amesti made a huge save. Altermundi FC played a much better game than C.F. Leftraro and deserved their victory. The C.F. Leftraro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
