Vincente Felice started the match with the kick off. Jhonny Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odón Gurruchaga in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Snorlax FC booed when Barrio Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Espejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Barrio Norte FC booed when Snorlax FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Andolcetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Snorlax FC's Jhonny Herrera got control of the ball when Leonides Viñuela tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Moncho De la Sotta hit a great ball. Jhonny Herrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Viñuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Selmo Rast in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barrio Norte FC's Francisco Javier Millapan. Barrio Norte FC's Francisco Javier Millapan got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Leonides Viñuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Espejo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Barrio Norte FC's Leonides Viñuela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jhonny Herrera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Jhonny Herrera came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrio Norte FC's Odón Gurruchaga. But to his dismay, Odón Gurruchaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Barrio Norte FC's Leonides Viñuela got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaspar Babul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincente Felice in the 59th minute. Leonides Viñuela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Vincente Felice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snorlax FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincente Felice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Leonides Viñuela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrio Norte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Viñuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jhonny Herrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jhonny Herrera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Espejo went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes of play, Barrio Norte FC's Leonides Viñuela made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jhonny Herrera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute of the game Selmo Rast made a throw-in which Adam Nicoletti played forward. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Francisco Javier Millapan hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Eufemio Carmona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrio Norte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Snorlax FC the free kick. A collision led to Barrio Norte FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Eufemio Carmona hit a great ball. The Barrio Norte FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
